It's interesting place for sightseeing and exploring Leeds. Facilities are good, and there's shuttle from parks.

The staff were accommodating and pleasant day and night. We got a huge room with bathroom. Peaceful and brilliant location near Conversation. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

I stayed here for 1 night and really enjoyed my choice.

Everything was good and clean, I appreciated location and food.

The hotel was spotless with extremely polite staff and perfect breakfast. Magnificent view of ocean. Pool was nice and beds were good. Optimal location, walking distance to marks spencer. Appreciated that the coffee bar was working.

Impeccable and immaculate room, we spent our time really good. And it also had pleasant view. Serene place with excellant service too. Casual restaurant served plenty of healthy food.

Very tiny bathroom, Wi-Fi was quite slow, we were a little disappointed.

Enviable location, simple check-in and caring staff. The atmosphere created here was quiet. Stayed in light filled king room with a nice view, tea/coffee facilities, as example. Healthy drinks at wine bar, terrific service...

We had a perfect time here. We loved staying here, the breakfast was good hot. The restaurant was large, and staff approaching. Pool was excellent too.

Excellent experience there. I appreciated the place, stayed there for 1 night. I had practical family room with a nice view as well as bathroom. The staff were happy to help with any inquires and was very attentive.

The staff were impeccable and the pool area was clean. The staff did all they can for a magnificent stay. Very clean beds, climate control, Wi-Fi and TV were a nice touch. The beach was stunning.

Enjoyed this place, it was tidy and had perfect location and staff. The bed was lovely and it was great having an iron, a work desk and TV. Found in a calm part of the town. The early check-in too. An incredibly friendly hotel, we had an amazing stay.

the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is good. single room included a heating system, an iron and multi-channel television. besides, woodhouse moor is 10 minutes' drive away.

It is in front of the airport. Beds were comfortable. Position within short walking distance to everything we need, like the emmerdale studio experience. One could dine at restaurants such as Haftsin 5 minutes away❤

The staff helped us and were friendly. Free WiFi was working perfectly. Interesting base place for weekend in Leeds.
